Tutorial layer masks & 3D pop out effect

A tutorial for beginners, explaining the basics of layers masks. You can do a lot of things once you've understood what layer masks do and how you can use them.

A video tutorial, explaining how to achieve a 3D "pop out" effect in a picture. It's a pretty cool effect, and you can learn a few things about layers and layer masks here as well.
