So I just installed gimp, and I tried to access the help read me, but it has an error everytime I try. I can't find anywhere on the web to actually ask somone about this or bring it to their attention. The support with this is terrible.
Gimp doesn't have any official support like paid software since it's an open source project that's developed and maintained by volunteers. What you can do is ask other users for help, like in this community (you need an account to post to this community) or other user forums.
